When the dust settles and the last bull bucks, the party’s just getting started. Join us for the official Gold Country Pro Rodeo After Parties, where the fairgrounds come alive after dark. Just steps from the arena, we’re bringing the music, the drinks, and the dance floor for a high-energy night of honky-tonk fun, boot-scootin’, and late-night rodeo celebration. From From Chutes to Boots to Honky-Tonk After Dark, this is where rodeo stories get louder, boots stay on longer, and the good times roll from 8PM until close.

Mutton Busting

Mutton Bustin’ is open to boys and girls ages 4–7, weighing 55 lbs or less. Each entry includes one child admission (adult ticket not included). This is a non-competitive event—every participant receives a rodeo goodie bag. Children will be weighed on event day to ensure the safety of the sheep. Helmets are required—please bring one.

KIDS

Dummy Roping Competition

Sign up your youngins for the Dummy Roping Competition, bring the whole family, and come enjoy the rodeo excitement. Expect food trucks, free kids’ activities, live music, the Best Mullet Contest, and more. Contestants must be 12 years old or younger and checked in at Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram by 5:45 PM. Kids will be placed into divisions based on ability and compete for prizes. All participants must have a signed waiver from a legal guardian.
